Temple Street - Hong Kong

from SEK 450.00
I decided to walk the streets near where I lived in Hong Kong one night. I had just bought my first camera the same day and was mesmerized by the sights and sounds of Kowloon. I walked down the avenues until I reached Yau Ma Tei.

To get this perspective of this street in Hong Kong, you must climb on top of a roof of an adjacent building. I knew this from reading about photography in Hong Kong on a few internet forums.

When I made my way to the roof I found that a gang of other photographers already were chilling on the roof, smoking and drinking beer. We hung out for a while until a group of traveling photographs from the UK joined us on top of the rooftop that night as well. It was truly amazing to see people from all over the world who share the same interest be brought together at the same time, in the same place.

That spot became one of my favorites in the world. I would go back many times, and almost every time I went there I would meet new photographers who all wanted to take in the unique beauty of the city
